Terms & Conditions
Please arrive on time: Your face is too important to rush with, so it is our policy not-to proceed with a treatment if there is not enough time for us to ensure perfection. We kindly request that you arrive on-time to avoid any inconvenience of having to reschedule you. Please peruse the below Terms regarding late cancellations and rescheduling.
**Christmas Sale Terms and Conditions: Receive 20% off your first treatment (no touch up appointments or corrections of previous work performed elsewhere) for eyebrows, eyeliner or lips. You must be a new customer and you must make your booking online only using the code CHRISTMAS20. Strictly for bookings made online with the code between December 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023. Your treatment date must be between January 1st - 29th February 2024.

Refunds
We do not offer partial or full refunds for any treatment services at Jeneration Ink.
Consultations are 30 mins long and complimentary. We also consult at the beginning of your procedure.

Cancellations
Tattooing is a time sensitive service, upon booking your appointment we reserve a designated amount of time specifically for you. Booking deposits are required to secure your appointments & are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we require 48 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment time, in order for us to fill this time with another client and meet legal numbing order requirements. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose your deposit and be required to pay an additional cancellation fee which is equal to 50% of the service fee. the. You will receive a reminder text asking 72 hours before your appointment. You will be asked to reply with a Y to confirm the appointment. If you do not reply Y we will attempt to contact you to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment you will be advised of it being cancelled and are subject to our booking policy and deposits will not be refunded. In the event you do not show to your appointment, the no-show/no notice fee is 100% of the missed appointment is payable.
We understand life happens and allow appointments to be rescheduled once within the required 48 hours notice. We also send a reminder email 7 days before your appointment with the required numbing details. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will only be transferred if we have the required amount of notice. Less than 2 days notice to reschedule your appointment will result in losing your deposit and a new deposit will need to be made upon rescheduling.
FULL FACE & PACKAGES require 7 days notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancelation or rescheduling within this timeframe will result in the loss of your deposit and 50% of the fee is payable. This is due to adequate time and planning for these procedures.

Touch ups
Colour refresh treatment prices are for existing clients only.
Your tattoo will be healed at 6 weeks. This is the optimal time to schedule your touch up. If you choose to go darker or thicker or make any amendments to your tattoo, these need to be performed at 6 weeks and not later than 12 weeks. We understand life happens and many clients travel to us so we allow for this extension. After 12 weeks and up to 6 months, an additional fee of $150 will be charged due to the extra work needed. Clients may only reschedule appointments twice within the 12 week period. Deposits will be forfeited if touch up terms are not adhered to. We thank you for your understanding.
